Silvan Mustafa

Mohamed Musthafa K.P. Silvan Musthafa (born 19 May 1984) is an Indian entrepreneur, social media influencer and philanthropist. He is one of the founders of Kerala’s renowned ‘Silvan’ group, which is one of the premier names in Tiles, Marble and granite showrooms in Kerala. With years of experiments in the marketplace, Silvan group expanded its expertise into the business of sanitary fittings, lights and interior designing. With Musthafa’s commitment, ethics and moral values, Silvan Group witnessed rapid growth within a few years.

Career Journey

Musthafa was born in a Malabar Muslim family in Puthanathani, Kerala, India in 1984 as the son of Kunhimoideen Karingappara and his mother Fathima Karingappara. He did his primary education at L.P School Cheloor and Secondary education at Cherulal High School (C.H.S). He pursued his pre-degree from the University of Calicut and graduated with B.com from the same university. After his graduation, he did a postgraduate diploma in computer application.

Silvan Group

Silvan Group began its operations as a family business venture when Faisal Silvan(Managing Director of Silvan group) came back from Saudi Arabia. Leaving his job there, he had no clue about his future. On this note, Musthafa approached one of his close friends and opened a two-shutter door small tile shop for his brother. Musthafa with a cold heart flew back to Saudi Arabia to look after his family. Faisal Silvan, with his perseverance, grew the enterprise within a few years and Musthafa stayed back in Kerala. Several backlashes happened again, but Silvan Group adapted everything and began Kerala’s largest Tiles, Marble and Granite showroom in Puthanathani, Malappuram.
